When I had the jig down this week for some practice. I think I went through about 5 or 6 practice brazing pieces. I was all ready to go, but I tripped over my jig when I had it down and I moved some of the blocks, so a realignment was nessessary. Only thing is you can't ever get everything back in place. It seems things are just a hair off. Back to tightening things up. I think most people would just go ahead because they are close enough, but it's not what I wanted. No shortcuts here.
