The SeatStays are roughly done. I still have some work to do on these, but I thought I'd post some pictures anyway. I've learned some thing about bending metal tubing. Next time I'll do things a little different, one example is I won't bend them so sharply, next time I'll use a more sweeping curve, but it's a research and development project right?

How did you bend them? Doesn't look bad to me.
BTW, will you have trouble with the brazing melting when you braze this to the seat tube?

I brazed the the tube parallel, then I put them in a vice (not a bench vice, I'm not sure what they call it . . . maybe shop vice), then I just bent them. It was an experiment to see what would happen. Next time I'm use a conduit bender. It's 1/2", 4130 so it wasn't hard to bend. I thought it would be a lot harder.
