I figure we won't really leave till 4:30 or so, I have high hopes. Then we'll have Dinner in Independence Square at the Rheinland.Experience Sausage, Beer and Tubas. Yes a real German band will beplaying Polkas and such.Who's in? I think it's only a 12 mile ride from the coffee shop to the restaraunt. So coming back won't be that bad . . . You've all had worse I hope.

Nope . . . Right now I know of 3 or 4 other people going.
I've got my Blinkey-N-Stuff . . . and I know they do as well. You'll blend in.
I remember all night rides with the BMX Brigade . . . always no lights. You need lights now-a-days to keep the police from hassling you and giving you a ticket more then anything.
The whole event is more about getting a group of riders together. If you . . or anybody else doesn't feel safe about riding at night, then feel free to show up at Rheinlands 6-6:30ish. We'll be in the band room. On saturdays the Polka band plays.
The real trick will be riding back with a full belly of combustable components.
Man, this sounds great. My kind of ride. What is the weather supposed to be like?
I haven't been on my bike all winter since I can't afford good riding gear. This would be a nice easy ride for someone as out of shape as I.
I will do my best to be there.
So what happened? Did any of you go?
Dave
